AI Voice Receptionist — no website required

Never send a caller to voicemail again.

An AI that answers your business phone 24/7, handles common questions, routes callers to the right person, and books appointments. It works over the phone, so you do not need a website to use it.

What it does

Answers every call, instantly

Nights, weekends, holidays, and while you are with a client or on a job site. No hold music, no voicemail.

Answers the common questions

Hours, services, service area, and anything else you approve, drawn only from your own knowledge base. Anything outside those bounds is politely deferred to you.

Routes callers to the right person

Urgent or high-value calls are transferred to your cell. Everyone else gets their question answered or a message taken.

Books it, or captures the lead

Qualifies the caller, books the appointment or texts them a link to pick a time, and sends you an instant summary by text or email. Every call is logged.

How it works

1. Built around your business

We set up your knowledge base, who calls get routed to, and the rules it follows.

2. Your line points to it

Forward your existing business number, or use a dedicated one. Callers dial the number they already know.

3. You get the summary

A text or email after every call that matters, plus a log of the rest. You step in only when it counts.

Every missed call is a lead that called someone else

Callers who reach voicemail rarely leave a message; they dial the next business on the list. For a firm whose average client is worth $5,000–$25,000+, recovering one extra client now and then pays for the service many times over.

Pricing

Scoped on a 15-minute call, based on your call volume and how you want calls handled. No long-term contract; cancel with 30 days' notice.

Have a website too?

Pair the Receptionist with the AI Chat Assistant so website visitors and phone callers are both answered, qualified, and booked the same way.

Common questions

Do I need a website?+

No. The AI Voice Receptionist works entirely over the phone. If you do have a site, it pairs well with the AI Chat Assistant.

Will callers know it is an AI?+

Yes. It introduces itself as an AI assistant, and can tell callers when a call may be recorded. It speaks in short, natural sentences and handles the call the way a front-desk person would.

What if it cannot answer something?+

It does not guess. It stays inside the knowledge base you approve, and anything else is handed to you by transfer or by a message with the caller’s details.

Can it transfer to a real person?+

Yes. You choose which calls go straight to your cell and which it handles itself.

Do I need a new phone number?+

Not necessarily. You can forward your current line to it, or use a dedicated number if you prefer to keep them separate.

Is it hard to maintain?+

You never touch code or servers. Hosting, monitoring, and updates to what it knows are handled for you.
