Privacy Policy

Information you provide. SayduKai (“we”) collects the information you submit through this site's contact form or chat assistant — your name, business name, email, phone, and message — for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and scheduling a call.

Technical and session data. When you use the site or its chat assistant we automatically record your IP address, browser user-agent and device type, the page you arrived on, the referring URL, and any campaign (UTM) parameters. We use this for security, abuse prevention, and understanding how people find and use the site. Chat conversations, messages, and session records are retained for up to 180 daysand then deleted automatically. Details you submit as a lead (name, email, etc.) are kept as a business record until you ask us to remove them.

We do not sell or share your information, and it is not used to train public AI models. You can ask us what we hold about you, or to delete it, at any time by emailing sales@saydukai.com.

Chat messages are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate responses. Only the conversation content and the site's configuration are sent; your IP address and identity are not.

If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly. The name, email, and any answers you provide in the scheduler are processed by Calendly under their terms and stored by us as a booking record.

For client engagements, data handling is governed by the signed services agreement, which specifies that all client and customer data remains the property of the client and is not used to train public AI models.
